Event Pricing
Security Deposit
A $400 security deposit will be required for all events. This deposit is fully refundable providing that the condition of the building meets our standards and passes a final walkthrough.
Insurance
All renters must provide proof of insurance and provide a statement naming "Historic Ashland Armory L.L.C." as additional insured.
Concerts
Base Fee - $1,350 (includes building, lights, sound, clean up, and sound technician)
Kitchen - $50 (optional)
Additional Sound & Light Technicians - $250 each (optional)
Folding Chairs (340) - $.75 per chair (optional)
6ft Rectangle Tables (14) - $7.00 each (optional)
6ft Round Tables (30) - $7.00 each (optional)
Projection Screens & Projectors (2) - $250 each (optional)
Private Parties
