Event Pricing
Security Deposit
A $400 security deposit will be required for all events. This deposit is fully refundable providing that the condition of the building meets our standards and passes a final walkthrough.
Insurance
All renters must provide proof of insurance and provide a statement naming "Historic Ashland Armory L.L.C." as additional insured.
Concerts
Includes building, lights, sound, 1 sound technician, kitchen, $1,700.00.
Folding Chairs (265), 6’ Rectangular tables (10), 6’ Round tables (30)
(Sound & Light tech’s to be paid with separate checks)
(To be left broom swept clean)
Extra’s (optional)
30’ Projection Screens (2) $250.00
Additional Sound & Light Technicians $200.00 each
HAA to store-set/up tables/chairs before and after event $150.00
HAA to Clean facility after event $250.00
